My son and I have been going to Walmart in our town for years and I have noticed 2 people that I know that they are both undercover security acting like they are shopping they are in walmart for atleast 5 hours walking around and the 2 people said that they are not uncover plain clothes security.They were both rude to these 3 children and I contronted them on it.I talked to the Walmart supervisor and she knew who the 2 people that I was talking about and would do something about them being rude to ohter customer.I would like ot know if by law if a person ask if they are undeover security,do they have so tell you the truth or what?

My husband and I have this guy friend for about 9 years. Him and I always clicked. He doesn't think much of my husband as my husband is a good guy but very lazy and has his own issues. Well, needless to say I always felt different around my friend. I don't know why, like something is different. We've always been great friends but when I saw him about couple of weeks ago he sad some weird things about my husband, and hw my husband would leave me if I don't make money and that he doesn't think of my husband as his friend. He told my husband we gonna party. As usual my husband went to bed at 9pm. Our friend kept me up till 6am with various BS, watched movies with me, had chat about anything I waned to talk. I literally fell a sleep on the couch talking to him so did he. Through out the night he said some things as if he is not attracted to me so it's great we can talk. I would like to believe in that but I'm really spooked. Maybe I'm overreacting but just wondering what other people think?

Why Do I Feel like This At 22?

For the past few months I been really tired all day everyday no matter if I sleep 8 hrs.or 12 hrs.Throughout the day I get brain fog and find it hard to focus and feel kinda woozy especially when in a store with alot of people and bright lights.I also get out of breath and my heart beats really fast just from everyday stuff like getting up from the couch or walking up the stairs.Also when I check my bp at the store its always really high like 140/100 and my pulse is always 80-100 bpm.but as I sit there for a few minutes everything goes down to normal or sightly above.I am taking a beta blocker and it is not helping at all!!! I been to the ER and they dig a EKG,urine test,blood work and a chest x-ray which didnt show anything at all!! I went to my doctor and he just gave me a anxiety med which makes me more miserable and tired.I also got tested for everything under the sun like lupus,thyroid,diabetes,vitamin deficency ect. I also got a stress test and echocardiogram and halter monitor but that was over 2 years ago.I am only 22 Dont drink and Dont smoke!! I have high cholesterol and high triglycerides but the doctors just told me to take fish oil which has improved my number and I had Vit.D deficency but I took a supplement for 8 weeks and my numbers are normal.I am not depressed but not being able to live a normal life is making my feel down and is stressing me out and causing a bit of anxiety/panic.I also worry too mucha nd I am a bit of a hypocondriac from it all.I also get tons of pressure/tension headaches.I been to a few different doctors and a few different hospitals and I cant seem to get a answers...............PLEASE DONT SAY GO TO THE DOCTOR BECAUSE I BEEN THERE DONE THAT I AM JUST TRYING TO SEE IF ANYONE HAS ANYTHING SIMILAR???

31 weeks pregnant, why cant I stop throwing everything I eat or drink up?

I am 31 weeks pregnant, due September 5th and for the past month and a half I throw up atleast 10 times a day.. I have even been throwing up just plain water, but according to the doctor im not dehyderated. I dont see how. The doctor has tried me on 4 different pills for nausea but nothing seems to work. I have lost 2 pounds in the past month, when I thought you were suppose to gain weight come the third trimester. My doctor says everything is fine and normal, but I still dont find it right to be throwing everything up and losing weight.. I have also been having bad pains in my pelvic area almost like someone is stabbing me, which has been happening frequently for the past few days. I dont know what it could be since I am only 31 weeks I know it isnt labor pains already.. Any ideas.?

Did i over eat today?

First of all, 132 lbs. at 5'9" is a great weight for a female your age so you shouldn't stress out too much about losing weight. In fact, if you tone up, you may weigh more due to your muscle increase but you will look much much slimmer and probably go down a pants size. That being said, if you are serious about getting healthy, here are some tips that I would like to share with you. I have recently lost 25 lbs. and I cut out sweets as much as possible. Once or twice a week in moderation is fine, but you can't eat ice cream and candy every day. Also, if you are eating greek yogurt, you DO NOT need ANY protein powder. That stuff will do you absolutely no good and you will get plenty of protein from the yogurt. It's great to snack on fruits and veggies throughout the day to boost your energy and keep your stomach from growling. The most important thing is to cut out ALL SODA! There is nothing natural about diet soda. It is complete poison for your body which we fool into thinking is being hydrated when in fact is just being pumped full of artificial sweetener. I know you've probably heard it before but the most important thing you can do is drink water, water, and more water. It will keep you hydrated, less hungry, improve your skin, and helps your body purify itself. Plain water is the best way to go, not any of those artificially sweetened and flavored powders you put into water, no vitamin water zero, etc. I hated the "non-taste" of water when I started drinking so much of it and now I love it. Also, develop an appreciation for hot tea. It is full of anti oxidants and is a great substitute when you are craving a flavored drink! You didn't particularly over eat today, but if you just change a few eating habits you will start to see really great results. Good luck!!

If you ate this all at once then yeah you overate big time. Try spreading the meals out-have a small one every 2 and a half hours. And also take the sweets out of your diet. Only eat them once in a while.

Left My fiance for and Airman....?

three months ago i left my fiance for an airman. I have known the airman for 3 years a year longer than i knew my fiance. We had always been great friends but there was always feelings deeper than just friendship between us and we both knew that...but because he was always deploying I decided that I couldn't deal with that at that point in my life so we remained friends..the airman has always been so sweet to me and even when i told him i was engaged he wished me the best and said he just waned me to be happy even though he wanted me....Soon after i was engaged though my fiance turned into someone i didnt even recognize. He became really mean and started talking down to me all the time...He would tell me how i couldnt and couldnt spend my money and always try to make me look stupid in front of his friends and family..he began to turn into someone i didnt know...at the time my airman was deployed to Kuwait...we talked online often because well we were still friends....i told him what was going on and he told me that I didnt deserve that at all...we talked more and more as his deployment went on and he told me that if i wanted to be with him to meet him at the airport when he came home....and i did just that..so far our relationship has been so amazing..but my friends are constantly giving me hell for breaking things off with my fiance..was I in the wrong for doing this??? or was it a smart move to make?

okay, So I have been on welbutrin for a couple months, there has been times when I wouldn't take it at the same exact time everyday. I started feeling REALLY irritable and it seemed that my husband would get on my nerves REALLY easy for no reason. I would also wake up at night with scared feelings being scared that I would hurt myself or something, no thoughts of "how" just fear that I would. I decided to stop taking the welbutrin. My anxiety peaked through the roof before the first wellbutrin free day so I took it that evening (I usually take it in the morning, it's bupropion 150mg sr tablet) I tried for about a week to wane off of it. My anxiety got a little worse and I felt like I should start taking it regularly again. I started 2 days ago. and I woke up last night feeling really strange and out of place, my anxiety was pretty bad and I just felt scared and felt like crying, really emotional. My problem here, is that I am in another country visiting my husband who is in the military, I am not approved to go on base so I can't see a doctor, I don't speak the language where I am at and my insurance will hardly cover costs off base. I don't know what to do, or where to begin. Should I stop taking tha meds? what can I do?? I won't be going home for a while and I am terrified of the stupid depression crap

How can i finally get rid of chronic everyday migraines and neck pain?

Iv had a lot of stress and trauma in my my life, and i have been depressed since i was 11. Although i do have a significantly negative view on the world i've never given up nhope that there is happiness that maybe one day can surround my life. However, all the stress and pain has caused me to experience everyday chronic pain in my neck, back, jaw, and in the form of migraines (which i have had everyday for 3 years believe it or not!!) These problems cause me to have bad visual disturbances, bad concentration, brain fog, and even fuzzy hearing!! In a way I've got used to the pain but I've slowly become less passionate about life, and more miserable. Even worse than this, i can't hold down a job, and have attempted college 3 times!! But either quit because the pain of trying to concentrate is too much or i get dismissed because i can't perform well and im so melancholy. I see a chiropractor twice a week. He told me that it's a nerve condition. Apparently, the stress has become toxic in my system and my joints and muscles have locked up, causing intense nerve irritation. It seems like a good explanation and i do the exercises he tell me too. However, i've been seeing him for 6 months and im still in pain. Becoming more stressed is supposed to make it a lot worse and being positive helps, but how can i?? Its just one big miserable cycle i can't break. I don't even know if what he says is true. Either way i just need help so bad before i give up hope. Please anyone???

Help, I'm an extrovert trapped in an introvert's mind?

I must come off pretty rude because, for the majority of the time, whenever I see someone I know I want to say "hi" and have a short conversation with them but my anxiety goes up and I end up ignoring them. I always promise myself that the next time I see that person I'll talk to them, but in the heat of the moment I just can't. I know what to say -- it's all in my head; I play it over and over -- however in the heat of the moment, my body gets tense and my brain and mouth just shuts down. I never start conversations, but when others talk to me first I'm always alright: smile, make eye contact, strong voice because I know that they want to talk to me. Usually though, the conversation does not last too long before I start acting like my old nervous self again. And the next time I see them I know I should talk to them but, again, my anxiety goes through the roof. It's just very hard to keep that continuous stream of confidence and sometimes I feel myself getting better, but other times I feel so isolated. In the end, the trend is waxing and waning downward and becoming more difficult over time. It's frustrating, because I want to make friends and have fun but it's really difficult to just let go of my expectations and be free and spontaneous all the time. People must think that I have something against them, or that I just want to be alone but that is definitely not true. But that is what I feel everyone, even my parents, feel of me.

hair that gets in your eyes is too long for a guy. 5 inches is probably not that long but borders on longer. your dad probably insists on a buzz cut because he's a little more traditional. do whatever makes you feel comfortable and whatever other people tell you looks best. just don't let your hair grow out "long", keep it a shorter length. long hair on guys just isn't attractive, but again i don't think your hair sounds like it's long. it sounds like an average length.

OK so two years ago I dated this girl named Emily. Emily has a friend named Alyssa OK so I was going out with Emily for a bit and during that time period I was also talking to Alyssa. How to deal with a friend who won't stop talking and calling! I'm at the end of my rope of patience!?

I've known my friend for 15 years, we live in separate states now. Our friendship has waxed and waned in closeness over the years, but lately she's been calling EVERYday. She goes on and on about trivial things and going into endless detail about simple tasks. I've tried listening, commenting on her activities and stories, asking questions, saying nothing, mono-syllable answers, changing the subject, trying to get in a word edgewise about my life, and flat out not answering her calls for a few days. All to no avail! I make an effort to keep the monotonous details in my life out of our conversations, so I'm tired of being the one she calls just to fill the time. I need my space! I do want to keep her as a friend, I would just like our relationship to be less "clingy". I'm uncomfortable with being "%itchy" about her chatter so am I encouraging this behavior? Is she only talking to fill the void in conversation? Any phrases that would help change our style of conversation so I don't have to be the one always dashing off the phone to prevent another detailed catalouge of her day?

I was with him for almost two years and we had a very bad break up, two months ago. We didnt have any contact until he sent me a text message saying just a plain "hi" a month after we broke up. I ignored it and a week later he sends one more text message asking me if i cheated on him during the time we were together. I got really angry and i replied asking him if he was serious. He never replied back and now, two months after our break up he sends me another message saying that we really have to talk because we need to clear up something we left hanging. Of course he means that he wants to know if i ever cheated on him! I never did, I loved this man deeply but even the time we were a couple he used to not trust me completely and accuse me off cheating on him or even accuse me of THINKING about cheating on him! Three days have gone by and i text him again saying that if he is not going to tell me whats up then he should not text me randomly again. Once more no reply. I tried a lot in this relationship, he did too but this persistence of him was unbearable. Although i stayed with him because i couldnt imagine my life without him; he was a part of me. Until he finally broke up with me. We ended it really bad because i was asking him to work it out and he did not want so we left it there and we have never spoken again, until he started texting me like i mentioned above. Now I'm VERY confused, I was getting over him, i was slowly moving on and i was okay, utnil he appeared again back in my life. Is it healthy for dogs to eat chicken everyday?

My dogs get bored of their food easily, so I am thinking about switching to a all-chicken diet for them. I am planning on giving them boneless, skinless plain chicken. I would just boil it in water, until cooked. Is this healthy for them? I have a german shepherd and a pitbull who are picky eaters. My beagle and Chihuahua will eat their normal dog food.

So my wife whom I have been with for 9 years, drops the bomb that she's unsure of our relationship anymore. We got together when she was 20 and I was 23. After 6 months we moved in together. well the only thing i can tell you to prevent hair loss is don't use too much hair gel because it clogs pores. if you do use a lot of gel, try to use a professional one and try not to apply it too much on the scalp. also buy a good shampoo. don't use the crap they sell at target walmart etc cuz they have too much sulfur.ex head n shoulders has harsh chemicals to remove dandruff not treat it and pantene just coats your hair that's why it says it makes your hair thick. it doesn't fix split ends it just coats them and coats ur scalp again which clogs pores and doesn't let your scalp breathe. my advise is to get a scalp massage every time you go for a haircut. supercuts charges 25 bucks for haircut, massage n shampoo so its not like ur spending too much. usually men get the scalp massage but women can get them too. ive gotten one and it feels sooo relaxing which is good if you are stressing. stress makes hair fall too. oh and hairspray has too much alcohol too so get a professional one. oh and when you apply gel or shampoo make sure you work it through your hands first and then work from back to front. that's why people start loosing their hair at their hairline because when we put product in our hair, we don't work it in our hands first and we end up putting a big amount in the front all the time. hope this helps.

Should I still be his friend?

Ok so I have this friend, who had been my friend since high school. We both graduated about five years ago and in those 5 years friend really has changed. It’s mostly how he treats his other friends and women and I don’t know I want to be around him anymore because of it. For example when his car is broken and in the shop, he calls his buddies up that he rarely talks to and pays them gas money to drive him around until his car is repaired. And when they need a ride, he blows them off saying he can’t when he can and says he never really liked them in the first place. On the same issue, he is a back seat driver, he starts telling the person who is driving how to drive and yells at them for driving too slow, not being in the right lane and even give them directions which gets us lost. He also treats women really horribly. He has had two girlfriends and they both broke up with him for similar reasons. They both broke up with him because he was controlling, manipulative, cheated on them and treated them low. I personally asked him a few weeks ago if he could go back in time and change anything or apologize for the mistakes he made he told me “ No, because in a relationship, one has to be right and one has to be wrong and I ALWAYS HAVE TO BE RIGHT!” This disgusted me and made me really look at him differently. Also we work together. He got me a job the same place he works at. At work, he sometimes makes mistakes on paperwork and when the boss asks him questions, he says he doesn’t know and it wasn’t his fault. The Boss turns to me and gives me this “well if it’s not his fault then it’s YOUR FAULT” kind of attitude. And my “friend “doesn’t apologize or anything. Sometimes he evens comes to work drunk or is drunk on duty. He gets into arguments with co-workers, makes mistakes on paperwork and even leaves the bottles in plain sight. I go out of my way to get rid of the bottles, make amends with the co-workers, and I even take him home and take over work for him. I get a simple thank you and a promise it will never happen again. He breaks his promise and it happens again, usually every other month. He pushes away his old friends and those who really care about him and replaces them with new friends who are shady and shallow and I don’t like them. I told him and he told me he is not really there friend and he is only using them. I tell him to stop hanging out with those people but he won’t listen. He seems to be befriending anyone who can help him gain whatever he needs then screwing them over and bragging about it. I don’t know if I still want to be his friend and be around his new “friends”. Even all my old co-workers and old friend say he is a shitty friend and I should ditch him. Should I based on what I’ve told?????

How do you react when you feel your significant other disrespects you?

I was just curious as to what other people's reactions are. My boyfriend is usually a great guy but sometimes, usually around his guy friends, he says things that I believe to be inappropriate. It is usually remarks about other women or something to that effect. When this occurs, I feel slighted and can feel my affection for him wane. I become withdrawn and cold, I don't want to talk. I don't believe this to be an issue about insecurity, I can acknowledge that there are indeed other beautiful women in the world and that my boyfriend is going to be attracted to some of them. I just don't believe that he needs to acknowledge it in my presence or that he could word it differently so as not to offend me. I would never speak about another man, in that way, around him so I expect the same. Ordinarily, I usually get over these "incidents" in a pretty short amount of time, my boyfriend never really knowing outright what I'm upset over or even that I'm upset but he can sense from my behavior that something is amiss. Other than his remarks, I think he is a great guy and I can overcome the hurt I feel from these "incidents" because of how great he is in other aspects of our relationship. I was just wondering how other people would react to a situation like this and if anyone had recommendations for how I could handle this. I am not a confrontational person and I don't believe that I should have to tell my boyfriend when he does something "wrong" unless he is unaware that it is unacceptable.

I am not using PayPal. A particular seller accepts credit card. After going through the purchase pages, Ebay told me to contact the seller to pay with my credit card. I contacted the seller, but have not received a reply. What I'm wondering is, why doesn't Ebay have an automated credit card system, akin to their PayPal system? Why are people so mean to me?

I am 17 and all my life I have had people bullying me or they don't beat me up but they verbally abuse me. In middle school everyone was mean to me and where just plain awful. I am really sensitive to what people say to me so I stay up all the time dwelling on it. I get people pitying me and I hate that. People would stand up for me and that would be one of my pet peeves when people did that. I have no friends because I am socially akward and a introvert and I am a nice person and all but other people are just so mean to me I don't know what to do. I get picked on my everyone and taken advantage of by people and I am constantly verbally abused. It is happening less in high school but people still call me names. I don't want to start fights with people because my step dad is super strict and would ground me if I get caught and so would my mom so I don't want people saying just beat them up when they do that. I am always told that I'm a easy target and people would just walk over me and then they feel sorry for me so they stop doing what they are doing to me. How do I get them to stop? Trying to install wineHQ to a flash drive from vista?

I have used Windows for all 15 years of my existence. I now decided that I should try something new and look at Ubuntu Linux. I installed it on my system along with Vista. I logged on and tried to run an executable (.exe) file, and it didn't work. I switched back to Vista and learned Linux doesn't do .exe files (I would love to know why the hell not...). I ALSO learned that I need a program on Ubuntu called WineHQ to run .exe files, and installing it on Ubuntu is a very complicated process. And to do all this I must transfer WineHQ to a flash drive to Linux. The .exe I am trying to run is a Linksys wireless adapter program thing. Seeing as how I am a first time Ubuntu user, can someone please explain to me, in plain english, how I can get Wine HQ to a flash drive??? Whenever I click the install link on the website nothing happens. Thanks for your help

Do I have depression?

Hi. I am 20 and female. At the beginning of April, I hit a big depression. It came out of nowhere. It lasted about a week and was terrible. I was very sad and couldn't eat hardly anything. I lost some weight. I've came out of that deep depression. But since then I havent felt the same as I did before it hit me. I feel like a different person. Life feels different. I sleep way too much and still manage to feel tired throughout the day. Things that should make me happy and are enjoyable don't/aren't. I don't do anything I used to do. I don't hang out with my friends anymore. It feels like there's a fog over my brain. It's literally hard for me to think and concentrate and learn new things (like at work). Things that would usually make me feel bad don't. I guess I just mainly feel empty. I can be happy on the surface. But it doesnt get much deeper. I hate feeling this way. It keeps me from feeling much towards my boyfriend and it's keeping me from being close to God. Can someone give me any advice?

I'm looking for an old fairy tale book from the 1970's -1980's?

When I was a child my mom had two large hardcover books. Probably a good 400 pages each. They were full of fairy tales she used to read me, Like the ginger bread man, Hansel and Gretel, the kitten who thought he was a mouse, and many more. I don't have any idea the name of the books, but they were white/tan covers, with like a golden trim. Hi. I am 20 and female. At the beginning of April, I hit a big depression. It came out of nowhere. It lasted about a week and was terrible. I was very sad and couldn't eat hardly anything. I lost some weight. I've came out of that deep depression. But since then I havent felt the same as I did before it hit me. I feel like a different person. Life feels different. I sleep way too much and still manage to feel tired throughout the day. Things that should make me happy and are enjoyable don't/aren't. I don't do anything I used to do. I don't hang out with my friends anymore. It feels like there's a fog over my brain. It's literally hard for me to think and concentrate and learn new things (like at work). Things that would usually make me feel bad don't. I guess I just mainly feel empty. I can be happy on the surface. But it doesnt get much deeper. I hate feeling this way. It keeps me from feeling much towards my boyfriend and it's keeping me from being close to God. Can someone give me any advice?

How Can I get My Life Back From Having All These Symptoms?

For the past few months I been really tired all day everyday no matter if I sleep 8 hrs.or 12 hrs.Throughout the day I get brain fog and find it hard to focus and feel kinda woozy especially when in a store with alot of people and bright lights.I also get out of breath and my heart beats really fast just from everyday stuff like getting up from the couch or walking up the stairs.Also when I check my bp at the store its always really high like 140/100 and my pulse is always 80-100 bpm.but as I sit there for a few minutes everything goes down to normal or sightly above.I am taking a beta blocker and it is not helping at all!!! I been to the ER and they dig a EKG,urine test,blood work and a chest x-ray which didnt show anything at all!! I went to my doctor and he just gave me a anxiety med which makes me more miserable and tired.I also got tested for everything under the sun like lupus,thyroid,diabetes,vitamin deficency ect. I also got a stress test and echocardiogram and halter monitor but that was over 2 years ago.I am only 22 Dont drink and Dont smoke!! I have high cholesterol and high triglycerides but the doctors just told me to take fish oil which has improved my number and I had Vit.D deficency but I took a supplement for 8 weeks and my numbers are normal.I am not depressed but not being able to live a normal life is making my feel down and is stressing me out and causing a bit of anxiety/panic.I also worry too mucha nd I am a bit of a hypocondriac from it all.I also get tons of pressure/tension headaches.I been to a few different doctors and a few different hospitals and I cant seem to get a answers...............PLEASE DONT SAY GO TO THE DOCTOR BECAUSE I BEEN THERE DONE THAT I AM JUST TRYING TO SEE IF ANYONE HAS ANYTHING SIMILAR???

How can I prevent my swimming goggles from fogging up?

I'm not a serious swimmer, but I get annoyed when I swim and my goggles fog up. I usually just dip my goggles in the water and that fixes it for about 5 minutes, but then while I'm having fun, i have to pause, take my goggles off, then dip'em in the water. three months ago i left my fiance for an airman. I have known the airman for 3 years a year longer than i knew my fiance. This sounds similar to my symptoms. I have had what you are describing and more. The neurological symptoms I experienced led me to go to a neurologist. I was diagnosed with Autonomic and small fiber neuropathy, which I later found, is a symptom of Late Stage, or Chronic Lyme disease. It sounds like they need to change your dose of beta blocker, because once they got that right for me, it is very seldom that i have issues. I was put on a beta blocker for it, so save your time and money and skip the autonomic testing and pursue looking into Lyme disease. Most Doctors are very ignorant about the disease. You need to find a LLMD. Autonomic neuropathy can be acquired or inherited. I never tested positive for lyme either, but I have no doubt in my mind that I have it. I have been blessed to find a Dr to treat me, with a clinical diagnosis.

Is drinking glucose good?

Well i don't have a habit of drinking water, i only drink it when i feel thirsty but i'm aware that we should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday and i'm nowhere close to it. The major reason is that I just don't feel like drinking plain water. These days I have started dissolving a little glucose powder in water and i still manage to drink 3-4 glasses because of the sweet taste of glucose. I'm concerned about how right it is to take glucose solution as an alternative for plain water? Will it harm me?

Care for a type of ivy plant which I believe is English ivy?

I purchased this beautiful ivy plant about a month ago. It was very full with smallish pointy leaves. I thought it was needlepoint ivy, but now I'm not sure. Anyway, it was doing extremely well. I had it in a raised container in the middle of my dining room table. I can adjust the degree of light by opening and closing the blinds. I left them partially opened to receive great bright morning light and dimmer afternoon light. Now, it appears to be "drying up" from the center of the plant and shedding leaves so that I can just reach in and pick them off all dried up. The soil is still moist from watering a week ago. What oh what I am I doing wrong. I love that plant but fear it is on the wane. Any advice?

I've been a dedicated swimmer for eight years now and have always worn Vanquisher goggles (original and 2.0) from Speedo. Over the years, however, these goggles have fogged more than anyone could image. Recently, I've tried TYR Racer Metalized goggles and they've worked OK. Both my fog lights have gone out, and I can't seem to find which fuse goes to the fog lights. As the diagram isn't clear. Both the bulbs are after market HID replacements. Any and all tips would be helpful.

Well I am glad you see the Progressives are taking over the Democrat party. I am a conservative and think maybe we should allow farmers to grow hemp (which is not strong enough to get high on). They do give marijuana to cancer patients (they can even take it in a pill too). It would be a rough road and would not happen over night but we could grow hemp which you can use to make paper, rope, clothes, etc. The Americans during the Revolutionary war wore American made clothes spun from hemp. Personally the West in general will probably legalize hemp and marijuana. One the side note I also do not want to live in a Victorian like nightmare where I am stepping over heroin addicts.

Still Tired After 12 hrs.of sleep?

I been sleeping a good 8-12 hours a night and I still wake up groggy and have brain fog throughout the day and I also been getting short of breath and fast heartbeat for no reason.I also get tension headaches and just feel like crap.I am only 22 and dont drink or smoke and dont do drugs at all!! I am not depressed but all of this is making me stressed and is depressing because I cant live a normal life.I been tot he er and doctors and had a million test and I have high cholesterol tyiglycerides and high bp on occasions so I take a beta blocker which dont work any more.What could it be??

Customer smashes the agents finger while closing the trunk of a car?

i work at a car rental agency,i was walking around a car with a customer to make sure the car was ok,she sounded a little upset because she did not get the car she waned although it was the similar car and we do not promise make and model, she was upset,and slammed the trunk and my thumb got crushed ,she did not seem very apologetic,said sorry once and left with the car, my thumb is swollen and my hand hurts,i cannot even fold the thumb.what can i do.

Well not sure if you would like these but here is a few suggestions: Cheese and crackers, Fruits such as apples, watermelon. Veggies and dip you can always make a home made dip and use vegetables like celery. A peanut butter sandwich (might not be the healthiest thing but my mum use to make this when I was a little kid). Water, juices for drinks. =/ Mainly all I could think of I'm not really the healthiest person in the world =/.
